Vehicle function Setting

The Climate screen will be tuned in if you adjust the air condition in

your vehicle.

You can adjust the display time for Climate screen by this setting.

Setting item: Climate screen interrupt time

Setting contents: None / 5s / 10s / Continued display

• For details, please refer to “Access to Climate Mode” (page 10).

• Depending on your vehicle, this setting item may be disabled.

The Parking Assist screen will be tuned in if the obstacle within a

certain distance is detected by the front or rear sensor of your vehicle.

You can adjust the display time for Parking Assist screen by this setting.

Setting item: Parking sensor interrupt time

Setting contents: None / 5s / 10s / Continued display

• For details, please refer to “Parking Assist Interrupt Function”

(page 10).

• Depending on your vehicle, this setting item may be disabled.

You can choose the type of your vehicle by this setting. The Parking

Assist system will provide more accurate information based on your

vehicle type.

Setting item: Vehicle type

Setting contents: Sedan / Hatchback / Pickup

• Depending on your vehicle, this setting item may be disabled.

About iLX-700

You can view the model name, serial number and the version

information of the version product. Make note of this information and

refer to it whenever you contact Alpine Tech Support or an Alpine-

authorized dealer.

Contents: iLX-700 (model name) / Serial Number / Firmware

Version

You can initialize all data, to restore the factory settings. Remove the

USB memory, etc. from the system before operation.

Setting item: Clear All Settings

Touch [RESET] of “Clear All Settings.”

After the confirmation message appears, touch

[OK].

The system starts initialization.

• Do not turn on/off the power or change the ignition key position until

system restart is completed.

Demonstration Setup

This unit has a Demonstration feature for the display. When you install

and use the unit for the first time, the unit will enter demo mode

automatically. To quit demo mode, turn off the Demo mode.

Setting item: Demo mode

Setting contents: OFF / ON (Initial setting)

• If you perform an operation during the Demo Mode, the

demonstration is temporarily stopped.
